Recently, more and more people began to talk about minimalism in everything: in matters, things, lifestyle. Naturally, this influenced the development of this style in the interior. Minimalism is the minimum of everything: colors, furniture, objects. It is characterized by restraint and severity. In this style, offices and workrooms are often drawn up, as the absence of unnecessary details and room space adjusts to the working mood.
Aesthetics of simplicity and freedom
Style minimalism allows you to get rid of unnecessary details, make the room as spacious as possible due to functional furniture. The interior in this style will perfectly fit into a modern urban apartment, where most often there is not a lot of space for the arrangement. When using minimalism in the interior you need to grasp the fine line between asceticism and functionality. Minimalism is not about saving, it’s about convenience and conciseness.

Who is the supporter of “Minimalism” in interior design?
This is certainly first and foremost perfectionists. For example, the offices of most companies are designed in this style to create a working atmosphere. The most striking representative of minimalism was Steve Jobs. He used a minimum of furniture about virtually dispensed with accessories.
In this style, there are no unnecessary details that would overload the interior. The decor is not oversaturated with bright patterns, the color scheme is restrained and muffled. Also in the interior of this style there is a lot of geometry, clear and symmetrical lines. Lovers of order will always appreciate the design in the style of “Minimalism”.
It also has to taste the inhabitant of megacities and big cities, in which advertising and other messages are plentiful, so coming home, you can relax and rest from piles and chaos.
