Modern interior of a country house in the town of Slutsk

Design project of a country house of 144 square meters in a modern style. Two-storey house is located in Slutsk.

      A large amount of space was necessary to allocate for children’s rooms, so the organization of the area of the house and competent planning were important tasks of the designers. A special feature of the interior of a country house is the use of yellow as an accent in most rooms.

Living room and kitchen 39 sq. m.

    Passing the hallway, anyone will notice the largest room in the house – the living room. Such an impression is created, firstly, by combining the living room directly with the kitchen, and secondly, the appearance of additional space due to the lack of rooms above the living room in the second floor plan.

    Special attention in the interior of the living room should be paid to the chairs of yellow color, which successfully complete the composition.

 Bedroom 17 sq. m.

    Like the living room, the bedroom is on the first floor. The space in it is half the size of the living room, but this, on the contrary, creates a cosiness that contributes to comfortable rest. Yellow color is present at pillows and bedside pouf, custom-made by Jackwood. This is how the concept for this design project continues.

Children’s rooms 12 sq. m. and 16 sq. m.

    Children’s rooms are made in a similar design with the bedroom (walls of boards, quiet light colors), but adapted for children. Studio 57 provided everything for the opportunity to play sports and study in the nursery on the first floor: climbing walls, gymnastic rings and a comfortable workplace.

    On the second floor of a country house, a feature of children’s rooms is a sloping ceiling, so the designers picked up hanging lamps for them that fit well into the interior of the rooms.

    Since yellow color is important for the concept of the interior, separate elements were added to the rooms (chair, cabinet doors), highlighting this accent. And to give a natural atmosphere, in each room there is a small pot with greens.

 Bathrooms 15,6 sq. m.

    For the convenience of the family, the bathrooms were located on both floors. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, is combined with a laundry room and has a shower corner. In the bathroom on the second floor there is a bath. Thus, each of them has a different functionality.
